1. Getting out of bridge from arm and head lock. By pulling the attacker's head towards
himself, and rolling in the opposite direction from the position of his opponent, the
attacked wrestler succeeds in turning the situation to his own adventage.
2. Same hold as above. To get out of this position, the attacked wrestler turn his
opponent ower with a quick movement, bringing him down with his back on the mat.
3. Getting out of bridge from head and arm lock. To get out from this position the
attacked wrestler must use his free arm, pressing on his opponent's back.
4. Getting out of bridge from double arm-lock. The attacked wrestler can free himself
from this lock by performing a head overturn from the bridge.
